Conducting series of training and public hearings in Dashti Oburdon District, to increase and strengthen the capacity of local Association of Energy Power Consumers.

Main tasks are:

• Assist the local Association of Energy Power Consumers in “Dashti Oburdon” (AEPC) in elaborating legal and organizational documents for starting MHPP operation activities;
• conducting training for AEPC personnel;
• consult AEC on any relevant issues regarding operation and management of SHPP.
